DICE has requested that all server providers hold off on creating new servers while they work on an issue that is causing heavy server load due to the large number of servers currently running. A fix is in development to prevent the server browser from causing the heavy server load and new servers will be able to be setup and launched as soon as possible. Please note that while there is a delay in activating your server, your billing start date will only start once your server has been activated.

Did you turn off your hacks? Try exiting the game and restarting, see if that helps. Server was just updated. Supposed to fix these problems.
